User accounts
Users are responsible for accurate account information, account security and activity under their account. Unauthorized account use should be reported promptly.
License
Subject to applicable fees and compliance with these terms, AflowMind grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the applicable subscription or trial period.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for illegal, threatening, harassing, infringing or otherwise improper activity. Users are responsible for the legality of content they upload, store, generate or share.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid services require accurate payment information. Monthly or yearly subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. The original terms ask users to cancel at least 48 hours before renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
User content
Users retain ownership of their content. By using the service, users grant the permissions needed to host, process, display and deliver that content as part of the requested service.
Feedback
Feedback may be used to improve AflowMind without creating an obligation to compensate the person providing it.
Service changes
Features, limits, supported formats and service availability may change. Trial features may be limited or discontinued.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided subject to the disclaimers and limits permitted by applicable law. Users should keep independent copies of important content and verify AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.
